Training – More than 90 minutes:
Dissolve 5 level scoops (75 g) in 600 ml water. Training – Less than 90 minutes: Dissolve 3 level scoops (50 g) in 400 ml water. Stir or shake well. More water can be added to prepare a hypotonic solution. Take 600 ml within 30 minutes after physical exertion. Within the first few minutes after exercise the metabolic rate is increased, presenting a window period of accelerated nutrient uptake and effective recovery. |
